The Gladwin Co Master Gardeners & Friends along with the Butterfly Kaleidoscope Garden Club invite you to an Earth Day event on Thursday, April 18, 2024 starting at 4:30 p.m. at the Gladwin High School, 1400 Spring St., Gladwin, MI  48624…Speakers: Joe Nash: Topic: Foraging, to Gather Food from the Forest/Nature”   Zach Bates: Topic: Cedar River Project: The Importance of planting Natives vs. Invasive Species.  Martha Holzheuer, “Landscaping with Natives”  2.20 hrs of education..vendors…refreshments…free tree compliments of the Gladwin Conservation District…classes begin at 5:00 p.m. each educational opportunity will be offered at 5:00 pm, 5:55 pm and 6:50 pm.
